Hi there fellow capsuleers,
I noticed people like spreadsheets and even more spreadsheets that magically fetch price data for any item. I also noticed there are a few people out there selling some really nice sheets.
IGÇÖve been using my own for some time now and I love playing around in sheets(pun intended). I hope that I can provide you with a more elaborate sheet that goes slightly beyond just the ability to price check.
I have designed some Google spreadsheets that will help you in your trade endeavors. You can easily see which items are PROFITable based on Net  PROFIT and PROFIT Rate (PROFIT divided by Cost of Goods). Need I say that everything updates every 5-10 minutes? Below are the 3 packs available:
1 Kestrel Pack
- This is your standard run of the mill price checker no fuss about it
- Systems available: The 4 main trade hubs (Jita, Amarr, Dodixie, Rens)
- Price type available: Buy Max, Sell Min
- Prices are fetched from Eve Central
- It calculates Net PROFIT based on the taxes you input
- In the Control Panel sheet you can input the minimum accepted PROFIT Rate and everything above will be highlighted when you calculate
- Mini guide to show you how to get things done (with pretty pictures and stuff)

2 Zealot Pack
Recommended for:
More serious traders
Station Traders
Anyone who wants a quick price check
New Features
Besides the 4 main system hubs you can also select the following regions: Aridia, Domain, Essence, Heinmatar, Lonetrek, Metropolis, Sinq Laison, Tash-Murkon, The Citadel, The Forge
Price type available: every type of price Eve Central has to offer (sell median, sell percentile, sell average etc)
This pack gives you the ability to select your Trade Type. What this basically means is that you can see the correct taxes based on the type of trade you partake in. For example if you buy directly from sell orders in one place and put up sell orders in another, the sheet will only add sales taxes + broker fees on the value you sell. This is especially useful for station traders because you can select to also calculate broker fees for buy orders!
Opportunities Filter: This new sheet will pull data from your main list of items in a useful way. It will only drag items that have a higher PROFIT Rate than what you selected as a minimum. This way itGÇÖs easier to spot good trades

You have the option to request me to add any new region/system/station so you can PROFIT anywhere nüè
Supports input for several characters each with his own taxes level
New column that calculates the maximum price at which to buy a good for your desired minimum PROFIT rate. Cool right?
Opportunities filter evolves into Shopping List. It basically does everything as before but you have the option of typing in the quantity you want for each item and it calculates a total volume (m3), total cost and expected total PROFIT for the whole batch
The shopping list is connected to my second new sheet called Hauling. Here you will have to input some information on the first use, after which it will provide some useful estimates. If you are doing the hauling yourself you can see how many trips you need in order to carry your items and an estimate of how long a round trip will take you. If you enjoy using Red Frog (like I do) or any other service, you can see how many contracts you need to set up in order to transport your goods and how much it will cost you (it takes into account the maxim collateral and volume of the transport provider and will let you know if more than one contract is required)
I will also pull you aside in a shady alley and quietly tell you that I have a tip that will help you get fresh data in a more or less timely fashion (but you will barely have to work for it). Too good to be true? Do you randomly trust strangers in dark alleys?

Please note that if you upgrade from one pack to another you only pay the difference. This is useful if you just want to try it out at first.
If for instance the Archon pack has only one feature you would need, you can pay a smaller fee just for that. Customize all the way!

I am aware that there are some other people out there selling excellent spreadsheets. Well I've just retested it with >3000 items and it does take longer than finding 200 items but it will still import the data in around 20-30 sec. Unless google is bullshitting about their capabilities, you should be able to put any amount of items.
I will not offer you a list of all the items, I only provide a basic list of 250 items that can still turn a profit although I'm sure a lot of the people using the spreadsheets are chasing them. I don't think it's fair to provide everyone with the same big list of items. This is just a tool after all, it won't make you a sandwich too

That Said the last 2 days ive been getting a lot of internal errors with it where it fails to pull data on several items at a time, as many as 12 in a row.
Usually fixes itself within 2 hours, but it does seem to be happening quite freqently.
Either way amazing program that i would recommend to anyone doing this kind of activity

EDIT: Few questions crosses my mind:
1) How often prices are being updated in this spreadsheet?
2) Are these prices updated automatically to latest price informations from eve-central, or do I need to update them manually somehow?
3) What happens if CCP changes some item ID's etc (crius release incomming)? Will this spreadsheet still work on it's own or we need to do something about it?

1) Prices are updated every 15min or every time you reopen the tool
2) Prices are automatically update from latest information on Eve-Central
3) In the provided miniguide there is a step by step guide to fix that minor inconvenience yourself. You won't have too though because I will update the database when required.

UPDATE
I finally got around to updating the Archon Pack. The issue with the importing of prices has been resolved using Steve's Script.
Holders of the Archon Pack have been sent a mail with the new download link. If I missed anyone please let me know. More info can be found in the Changelog here.
Shortly I will present two new sheets that I've been working on and I will update the other packs (including the Research Pack) with the "error solving" script.

1. SKIFFY the handy dandy ore/ice specialist!
This is a very useful tool for miners and traders alike, giving you insight into what to mine and what to do with your ore/ice.
Recommended for:
Features:
- The tool will tell you if it is more profitable to SELL/REFINE/COMPRESS your ore/ice!
- You can just copy paste your inventory from the game client and it will magically tell you what to do with it!
- You can type in your skills/facilities/standings/implants to tailor the results to your character!
- For traders, you can check if it is profitable to buy raw ore and compress/reprocess it for profit!
- You can customize it to only track certain ore/ice that interest you!
- It will also calculate the volume of the ore in it's raw form, compressed form and reprocessed form!
- You can select any from all the 5 main hubs and choose if you wanna compare to sell orders or buy orders!
2. LOTTO MANAGER
This handy tool with assist you in managing a lottery, go figure :D. The tool can work in two modes, one is by inputing an API key which will allow it to automate most of the process, or you can choose to copy paste from your wallet journal in-game.
The benefits will be made clear below and I might add this can bestow a certain level of trust to your clients.
Features:
- It neatly keep track of your clients; it keeps track of their tickets, how much they paid and when
- It will automatically tell you if someone didn't pay the proper sum of if someone send you ISK after you ran out of tickets
- After you select a winning number it will automatically give you the winner
- It is fully customizable: you can select the value of the ticket, the total prize pool, and even your cut of the pool

Wow, thanks for taking the time to write down this review. I'm glad that it helped you out and that the hiccups were minor and resolved.
Concerning the double editing you mentioned you are right. You have to make two changes as the sheet supports multiple characters with different locations. There are solutions at the cost of increased computation time.

Thanks for the feedback Zip! Indeed evemarketdata seems to be less reliable lately. Fortunately this only affects the sales/day part of the spreadsheet that can be turned off if desired. My goal was to provide the exact numbers that you will see in the history tab in-game, something that nobody on the forum offers.
Until evemarketdata gets sorted out, some of the sales value might be out of date.

The spreadsheets use two data sources eve marketdata for sales volume and eve central for price data. Everything is automatic on the spreadsheet, you only need to paste your list of items, select your settings once and there you have it :). Let me know if you need more info.

Regretfully I must announce my retirement from EVE. This game has been good (and bad) to me but I just don't have the time for it these days. A big part of my experience was building spreadsheets for you guys and this lack of time manifests itself through less than stellar services. It's a shame really, I had one really kick ass sheet down the pipe that won't see use besides my own.
No you cannot have my stuff :D I might return at some point. I've sent all the spreadsheets and finished or refunded requests so I have no unfinished business left. Everyone who bought something from me also has my email address. I can slowly update the database if requested, it now has the latest. Most sheets should work for years to come anyway. Have fun guys :)

I finally figured how the research time works and I can get the Research Quoter back online. It's a really nifty tool for anyone who deals in BPOs. But first I gotta finish some requests.

Short answer is yes, I can make it. However, instead of paying me I HIGHLY recommend using an already excellent tool called Evernus. It is like the old evementat and can supply a lot of info(including order status). This should be in your trade arsenal either way.

LE: I usually get the data from evemarketdata, but the site has some issues now. I changed the source to CREST so there shouldn't be any problems now. It's just slower >_<

Yeah so I finally managed to revamp the Research Quoter
I'm really glad how it turned out, check it out.
If you research BPOs for a living or you're just staring at the contract price tags, this might be for you. The tool can provide insightful information regarding the pricing of said BPOs. You know exactly how long it takes to research ME/PE/Copy and exactly how much it can cost.

Thanks for the honest review :). NPC seed price seems a bit hard to come by, will look into it. Multiple characters will be implemented.

Yes nowadays I, like everyone and their dog, use the publicly shared Fuzzwork scripts modified for my needs. Anyone can make their own sheet I offer an already tried and tested template without the hassle of figuring out how things work.
On the other hand I've been running this service long before Steve released the scripts. His way of doing things was a necessary step once googledocs went to ****.

Well in all honesty the available spreadsheets don't really fit with your plan. The sheets are build around either station trading or hub to hub trading. What you seem to need is a universal price compare tool or a trade finder. If it's the latter then Eve-Central is sufficient as it's to cumbersome to build in gsheets or excel.
If it's the first then there are always custom sheets :)
